Username locked
Three wrong attempts pause the handle for safety. Message live chat with the username and the phone on file and we'll unlock the session straight away.
Device not recognised
Logging in from a new phone triggers a one-time code to your registered number. Approve it, mark the device as trusted, and the prompt won't appear next time.
Why your login stays yours
PIN never stored plain
Your PIN is hashed the moment you set it, so even our own team can't read it back. A reset always sends you a fresh link instead of revealing the old one.
Session encryption
Every login request travels over TLS, including the cashier chip taps that follow. The padlock in your browser stays on from form submit through wallet confirmation.
One account per phone
We tie each login to a single Indonesian phone number. That stops duplicate handles and keeps your DANA, OVO, GoPay or QRIS history attached to one place.
